IN ORDER TO SUCCEED ONE MUST FAIL……..

Every one of us can make a big difference if we only choose to believe in ourselves and never give up. You must be thinking why the topic is written in a negative way.

Failure is the first step towards success. Look at the history; you will come to know that many people who succeed in their life had seen failure many times. But many people were of the view that the particular person got succeed must be lucky and he must have been at the right place at the right time. They fail to realise the other side of coin i.e. they must have failed many times before getting success.

Let me share few failure stories which ultimately turn into success stories; but the fact remains with them is they never lose hope and continued with their efforts.

J.K Rowling, the author of Harry Potter,

“You might never fail on the scale I did”.  But it is impossible to live without failing at something, unless you live so cautiously that you might as well not have lived at all—in which case, you fail by default.

12 publishers rejected the manuscript. But after sometime her book got published and no need to tell you what benchmark the book has set after that. What if she stopped at the time of first rejection?

Albert Einstein did not speak until he was four years old and didn't read until he was seven. His teacher described him as "mentally slow, unsociable and adrift forever in his foolish dreams." He was expelled and refused admittance to Zurich Polytechnic School. The University of Bern turned down his Ph.D. dissertation as being irrelevant and fanciful.

When the first Chicken Soup for the Soul book was completed, it was turned down by thirty-three publishers in New York and another ninety at the American Booksellers Association convention in Anaheim, California, before Health Communications, Inc., finally agreed to publish it. The major New York publishers said, "It is too nicey-nice" and "Nobody wants to read a book of short little stories." Since that time more than 8 million copies of the original Chicken Soup for the Soul book have been sold. The series, which has grown to thirty-two titles, in thirty-one languages, has sold more than 53 million copies.

Thomas Edison- No list of success from failures would be complete without the man who gave us many inventions including the light bulb. He knew failure wouldn’t stop him.

If I find 10,000 ways something won’t work, I haven’t failed. I am not discouraged, because every wrong attempt discarded is another step forward.

Just imagine what if they all stopped after failing. We will not be able to get such a great inventions. They succeeded in spite of problems, not in the absence of them. But to the outside world, it appears as though they just got lucky.

All success stories are stories of failures. The only difference is that every time they failed, they bounced back. This is called failing forward rather than backward. You learn and move forward.

Never lose hope. Learn from failure and keep moving.

Decide what is important to you and take huge steps everyday even though it doesn’t seem like it’s working. Success doesn’t happen without failures. It’s reality.

Please help to spread these inspirational stories of failure to success to all you know so that both individually and collectively we might more fully live our awesome potential.
